A tiny companion for busy humans with real lives

Most of us know what we "should" do for our wellbeing. Sleep more. Move our bodies. Say no sometimes. Log off. Breathe.
And yet, between meetings, children, caring responsibilities, notifications and the constant buzz of modern life, the gap between knowing and doing can feel very wide.
This is where "workable" wellbeing comes in. Not a perfect routine. Not a complete life overhaul. Just small, realistic shifts that fit inside the life you already have.
Why I created this booklet
In therapy sessions, I often see the same pattern. People feel overwhelmed, exhausted and guilty that they are not "doing self-care properly". The idea of adding long morning routines or strict wellness programmes on top of everything else can feel like another pressure.
So I started collecting tiny practices that my clients and I found genuinely helpful. Simple tools that
take a few minutes, not hours
work in real workplaces and real homes
respect the nervous system instead of fighting it
Over time, those small ideas turned into The Little Book of Workable Wellbeing.
What you will find inside
This booklet is designed to sit on your desk, bedside table or phone and be picked up in moments, not studied like a textbook. Inside, you will find
short explanations of what is happening in your body and brain when you feel stressed, flat or overloaded
very practical, science informed exercises you can try in under five minutes
reflections to help you notice what actually works for you, rather than what you think should work
You do not need to "start from the beginning". You can open it on any page, try one idea and see how it lands.
For people who do not have time for wellbeing
If you feel that wellbeing resources are written for someone with more time, more money or fewer responsibilities than you, this booklet is for you.
It is an invitation to treat yourself with a little more kindness, using tools that are designed for busy, messy, beautiful, real lives.
