Dr Zoe Wyatt-Potage
Dr. Zoe Wyatt-Potage is an Australian Clinical Social Worker. With over a decade of experience in the field of psychological wellbeing, she specialises in trauma-informed care, resilience and sustainable approaches to mental health.

Zoe’s career has taken her across the globe, working in diverse cultural contexts throughout Southeast Asia and Mauritius before returning to Australia and settling in Cairns, Queensland. During her time abroad, she practised as a trauma therapist and consultant in Thailand while completing her doctoral research in Cambodia, where her PhD explored trauma and resilience. This international perspective continues to shape her work, allowing her to integrate clinical expertise with cultural sensitivity.

Today, Zoe works globally as a consultant, therapist and educator, supporting individuals, teams and organisations to navigate the complex intersections of mental health, workplace wellbeing and trauma recovery. Her approach blends neuroscience, evidence-based practice and human connection to help people build strength, clarity and sustainable wellbeing in both personal and professional settings.

Experience
In recent years, Dr. Zoe has designed and delivered a wide range of programs on trauma, resilience, leadership, positive psychology, communication, and psychological wellbeing. This work builds on her experience with an international Employee Assistance Provider (EAP), where she focused on training, development and implementation of wellbeing programs for global organisations.
She brings extensive experience working with both groups and individuals across diverse cultural contexts, adapting delivery methods to meet client needs. Her current portfolio includes Fortune 500 organisations spanning healthcare, higher education, NGOs, manufacturing, IT, and finance, where she supports leaders and teams to strengthen wellbeing, resilience, and performance.
