Dr Zoe Approach
Evidence-based
Trusted research in neuroscience, trauma and behaviour change is translated into practical tools you can actually use. No fluff, no hype just what holds up and helps.
Frameworks
Drawing on trauma-informed CBT, nervous system regulation, and evidence-based therapeutic approaches. We choose the method that fits your context, goals, and capacity and make it work in real life.
Tailored
Clear, tailored steps that meet you where you are. Think simple habits, realistic pacing, and support that fits your life and work, not a one-size plan.
