Is this therapy?
NeuroResilient is a structured program combining neuroscience informed learning with 1:1 consultations. It is designed to build capacity under pressure and strengthen recovery. If clinical treatment is required, Dr Zoe will discuss appropriate options and referral pathways.
How is it delivered?
Modules may be self-paced and can be completed over a minimum of four weeks. Consultations are booked directly with Dr Zoe.
Who is it not for?
This program may not be suitable for urgent mental health support or crisis situations. If immediate support is needed, seek local clinical care.
What happens after the program is completed?
You leave with a 90 day plan and tools for hard weeks. Follow up support can be discussed if needed.
